Green Terror (Aequidens Rivulatus)
Description
Reputed
to be rather aggressive fish, this is nevertheless a
beautiful fish. The fins can either be lined with orange or white
tinge. Fluorescent green lines are visible on their head which make
them very attractive under muted lighting conditions. Personally
I think their reputation precedes them as there are many other
cichlids that are much more aggressive.
To
get a pair, it is generally easier to grow them from a group of young fish and
raised them to maturity. They should be allowed to pair off and it
is advisable to remove the rest of the fish. Green Terrors are very
good parents and each spawn can number 200 or
more.

Dislikes : Aggressive, attempts to eat the
smaller fish (don't underestimate the size of its mouth).
